Fat grafting involves harvesting fat from one part of the body, purifying it, and carefully re-injecting it into the areas requiring augmentation. The procedure may need to be repeated several times to achieve the desired result. Swelling is the most common side effect of fat grafting, which settles down within several weeks as well as bruising. Fat grafting can be an office based procedure.
Dr. Sterling does not perform fat grafting to the breasts, buttocks and lips.
