Before the surgery, Dr. Reilly will meet with you for a consultation to discuss your goals and perform an exam to make sure this procedure is right for you. If in-office lipo is not the best way to address your concerns, he’ll suggest other options–we want you to get the best results possible!

On the day of the procedure, you’ll be prescribed anti-anxiety medications to help you relax (so you’ll need a ride!). Our staff is trained to be sure your experience is as comfortable and stress-free as possible from the moment you enter our office, until the end of your procedure. Dr. Reilly will make sure you feel safe and relaxed during the procedure by injecting local anesthesia into the areas to be treated. Soft lighting and music help make the process calm and comfortable. Once you are feeling comfortable, Dr. Reilly will carefully remove fat from the areas you targeted. Any fat cells he removes will not return. Once the procedure is complete, your results will be immediate and will improve over the following weeks.
Before you go home, Dr. Reilly will make sure you understand how to take care of yourself after the procedure and will be available by phone for any questions that may arise. You will be accompanied home by your friend or family member with detailed instructions and pain medication if needed.
